Typically, prior to your dental visit, we will make efforts to verify available benefits provided by your insurance company for our services and give you an estimate of your out-of-pocket expenses. As a courtesy to you, at the time of treatment we file your insurance claim electronically in an effort to efficiently reimburse you with your insurance benefit. You, the patient, are ultimately responsible for all fees charged by our office for services provided to you regardless of your insurance coverage. For your convenience, payment options include check, cash, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover and financing options offered through Care Credit, Proceed Finance & Cherry.
